Life+One began with a simple but powerful idea: every child deserves a safe place to call home, even if it's just for a short while. Our founders, Andre & Eunice Ruthven-Bruijns, witnessed the struggles of children in unstable environments and decided to take action. With as a small team of passionate individuals, Life+One was born. Today, we continue to grow and make a positive impact in the lives of children within our community
Life+One is dedicated to providing temporary safe care and foster care for children in need. We offer a sanctuary for children to heal and thrive while working tirelessly to find them permanent, loving homes.
Establish a solid network of safe care homes.
Recruit and train at least 5 new foster families.
Launch an awareness campaign about the needs of vulnerable children in our community.
